ARENA DOGS VOL 5: FONTANA’S

Arena-Dogs-Vol-5v1

A New Arena Dogs is up from our show at Fontana’s earlier in the month. The show was a lot of fun and a big part of that was because we shared the bill with friends Man From Glove & Dead Lore – the other part, equally as big, maybe bigger, definitely more important, was that the audience was cool and the sound was good.

We hope you enjoy this volume; Max plays bass, Sam shreds & Wowie speaks.

P.S. Volumes 1-4 are now available through our site on the Arena Dogs page & Bandcamp.

BITTER END SHOW

The_Bitter_End_v4

We’re gonna play a whole bunch of songs, including a new one about a homicidal JV soccer team that tries to cover up the murder of their high school science teacher, so it should be a good time.

Our set starts at 7pm, sharp.

Hope to see you there!

ARENA DOGS VOL 3: SPIKE HILL

Arena-Dogs-Vol-3v2

A new Arena Dogs is up and available through our email list (subscribe at the right).

This month’s features a few songs from our show at Spike Hill back in March — its been one of our best this year, and we believe its because of how upfront we were with the audience at the top of the show.

“We’re The Mayor of Bad News, we’re gonna give it to ya.”

Please, enjoy.

UCB EAST SHOW

Next Monday (4/22), we’re going to be playing in the Special Presentation variety show at UCB East. Hell yeah.

It’s an hour long comedy show with stand-up, sketch, videos and music hosted by Nick Maritato (This American Life), Nate Fernald (Mash Up), Zach Broussard (SiriusXM), and directed by Randy Foreman (Vice, Bonnaroo). There is a great line up including stand-up by Nikki Glaser (MTV’s Nikki & Sara LIVE), an A/V Presentation by Michael Kupperman (Tales Designed To Thrizzle) and music by The Mayor of Bad News (us!) — We hope you can make it!

SPIKE HILL

Spike Hill Flyer

We’re playing Spikehill on Friday March 8th. Our set starts at 9pm. We’re going to play a new song, and an old song that we’ve never played before as a full band but Joe wrote this great bass part for it that’s totally awesome.

Please come and let us win you over.
